If you are interested in participating in a clinical trial, it is essential for you to understand the full facts about the trial and any risk involved, and to be therefore aware of the key notion of informed consent.
The IFPMA’s Clinical Trials Portal was granted a "Favourites on the Internet" award by one of the most renowned and prestigious specialized weekly journals in Spain: "Correo Farmacéutico".
IFPMA member companies and the Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases (TDR), co-sponsored by UNICEF, UNDP, the World Bank and WHO, are in the process of selecting the final candidates for the 2009 round of the TDR Clinical Research & Development (R&D) Fellowships.
IFPMA has revamped the home page of its Clinical Trials Portal and redesigned its entire interface to give you one-click access to clinical trial information.

To provide you with a fast and user-friendly access to ongoing clinical trials, clinical trial results and extensive useful information, the IFPMA Clinical Trials Portal offers expanded functionalities.
The R&D pharmaceutical industry, represented by EFPIA, JPMA, PhRMA and IFPMA, has committed itself to making available information on all clinical trials of importance to patients since January 2005.
The IFPMA Clinical Trials Portal continues to partner with like-minded organizations to provide users with the best service possible.
